Angle accuracy:
We ensure this by using cutting equipment with high-precision angle positioning devices. When cutting the corner of aluminum profiles, we can strictly control the angle error within ± 1 °.
Drilling position accuracy:
The key focus of our processing is on the target objects. We use high-precision drilling equipment and advanced positioning technology to control the drilling position deviation within ± 0.1mm.
Milling processing:
Our CNC milling machine is equipped with a high-precision coordinate axis motion control system. Through precise programming, we are able to perform complex shape milling on aluminum profiles. For example, the width accuracy of the milled groove can reach within ± 0.1mm.
